Therefore, addressing any issues during childhood can prevent any adverse developmental challenges which may follow an individual into adulthood. We provide counselling and behavioural interventions which can benefit children who have mental health issues. We provide a safe and friendly environment to help children with various needs. Our psychologists/ therapists utilise counselling techniques, combined with different interventions (e.g. cognitive-behavioural therapy, play and art as therapy, mindfulness techniques) depending on the child. Teenage years can be one of the most challenging time for youths. As teenagers go through the transitional stage from childhood to adulthood, serious mental health issues may arise due to sudden physical and psychological changes. Therefore, TPC aims to help ease this transition, and provide the support teenagers may need. We provide counselling services and different interventions that can help strengthen one's sense of self and mental health. Additionally, we provide support to parents/ guardians and try to involve them as much as possible to better facilitate the therapeutic process. Every family has their ups and downs. Misunderstandings and conflict may arise when families go through a crisis. This may be an extremely stressful period filled with unhappiness and negativity. TPC provides psychological help to families who are experiencing conflicts and other relationship issues via family counselling/ therapy. Our psychologist/ therapist provide your family with a safe and open environment to let each member air their view, and help enhance communication skills and familial bond. When applicable, the needed tools and interventions will be administered.
